Connect

Go to Connections, click Connect next to Asana, and authorize.

Choose projects

On the Triage page, pick the projects Ordyn should watch.

Permissions

Ordyn connects to Asana with OAuth, with the same access to your workspace as the person who authorizes it. It asks for default; reconnect Asana from Connections if one is missing.

Access

Read tasks and comments in the projects you choose and post Ordyn’s findings as comments. Permission catalog version 2026-10-16.1. See permission changes.

Triggering an investigation

Assign a task to Ordyn or mention it in a comment. Ordyn posts its findings as a comment on the task.

Auto-investigate

Turn on auto-investigate for a project on the Triage page to have Ordyn investigate every new task, or only those matching your keyword filters.
